We are hiring

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in the world of property? Look no further! We are an award winning and independent letting agency based in Cornwall. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our happy team at our Bodmin Office. This is your chance to step into a career that offers growth, development, and a supportive environment, all while enjoying a work-life balance with no weekend working required.

The Opportunity
At our Bodmin Office, we're not just a team – we're a happy and successful team. And we're looking for a new member who shares our passion for customer service. Whether you're new to the industry or bring a wealth of experience, we welcome both trainees and seasoned professionals to be a part of our journey.

Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will be both dynamic and rewarding. It's a blend of office-based tasks and property viewings that will keep you engaged and motivated. From dealing with incoming leads and registering potential tenants to arranging and attending viewings, you'll be the face of our agency, assisting prospective tenants every step of the way – from their application process to their move-in day.

Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial, ensuring that our customer relationship management software (CRM) is up-to-date and accurate, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Professional Growth and Learning
We're invested in your success, and that's why we're offering the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice within your first 12 months with us. This certification is your stepping stone to becoming a true expert in lettings.

What We're Looking For
While property industry experience is an advantage, it's not a requirement. What matters most is your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and your positive, professional approach. You're a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for accuracy, and you're no stranger to using technology.

Excellent communication skills are a must – your ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike will set you apart. A full driving license is essential, as you'll be visiting properties as part of your role.

Your Work-Life Balance
We value our team's well-being, and that's why we offer Monday to Friday working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends required. The starting salary ranges from £20,000 to £23,000, depending on your experience.
