Are you looking for a change in your property career? Look no further! We are an award winning and independent letting agency based in Cornwall. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our happy team at our Bodmin Office. This is your chance to step into a role that offers growth, development, and a supportive environment, all while enjoying a work-life balance with no weekend working required.

The Opportunity
At our Bodmin Office, we're not just a team – we're a happy and successful team. And we're looking for a new member who shares our passion for customer service. Whether you've got experience of lettings in a junior role or are an experienced property manager, we welcome applications from people with all levels of experience.

Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Property Manager, your role will be both dynamic and rewarding. It's a blend of office-based tasks and property visits that will keep you engaged and motivated. From dealing with maintenance requests and liaising with landlords to finalising deposit returns, you'll be the face of our agency, being the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants.

Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial, ensuring that our properties are compliant, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Professional Growth and Learning
We're invested in your success, and that's why we're offering the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice within your first 12 months with us. This certification is your stepping stone to becoming a true expert in lettings.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has experience in the property industry. However, it is not a requirement to have been a Property Manager. What matters most is your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and your positive, professional approach. You're a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for accuracy, and you're no stranger to using technology.

Excellent communication skills are a must – your ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike will set you apart. A full driving license is essential, as you'll be visiting properties as part of your role.

Your Work-Life Balance
We value our team's well-being, and that's why we offer Monday to Friday working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends required. The starting salary ranges from £26,000 to £28,000, depending on your experience.
