I am a happy person right now feeling comfortable and relaxed in my house now because of The Accommodation Bureau .They promised me that they will help me by all they can to get accommodation for me and my family . The staff is awesome every time I call my phone was picked and answered they make sure they call back if you did a missed call or call someone who is not in the office .I went to their offices every time I feel like i want to talk to the staff and the welcome is so warm . We found all the colleagues in the Bodmin office to be helpful, kind, friendly people they took the time to chat to us and help us every step of the way. In what was a very stressful time for us both. I cannot praise them highly enough. They are fantastic and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new home. 5 stars all the way. From start to finish myself and my partner have had the most pleasant experience working with the Accommodation Bureau, with special mention of Sam and Shannon. Sophie from the pool office has been great every step of the way in renting our new home. Made it all straight forward and easy to complete application & referencing etc. Has been helpful with any questions we have had and always replying straight away. I would highly recommend The Accommodation Bureau if you are looking for a property to rent or to manage the rental process on your behalf. From start to finish, Lee, Sophie and Adele from the Pool office have been extremely friendly, helpful, informative and have always been there to answer any questions that I have had. They have made a time that is usually very stressful run really smooth. Whether I email or visit them in the office they are always very professional and nothing is too much trouble. I am really grateful to them and am extremely happy in my new home.
Sophie was incredibly kind and helpful, communicating with myself and my partner (and our parents!) swiftly and professionally whilst also being kind and compassionate. We were well informed throughout the whole process which made our move much less stressful that it would otherwise have been.
