Landlord Fees

Our fees are based on the principle that we should only charge for our services when our clients are earning from our efforts. We do not earn a penny until a tenant is in residence and paying rent.

The following fees relate to an individual landlord bringing an individual property to us. Landlords with sizeable portfolios should enquire as to the options available to them as a Portfolio Landlord.

Tenancy Set Up Fee £195
- charged once a tenant has moved into the property and subsequently on each occasion the property is re-let. This charge is for tenancy agreement and inventory preparation & initial deposit protection.

Optional Fee
