The Accommodation Bureau was first established in 1989 and since then we’ve been matching Landlords who provide high quality homes with great Tenants. We take pride in building long lasting relationships with our clients, which has seen us become the trusted advisor for 100’s of Landlords on all things lettings, property management & property investment.

Led by our Directors, husband & wife Lee & Judith Morford, we have a team of specialist lettings professionals that are focused on providing the highest level of customer service to both Landlords & Tenants. From our offices in Bodmin & Pool, we let & manage properties in Bodmin, Wadebridge, St. Austell, Newquay, Camborne, Redruth, Truro and the surrounding areas.

Our core areas are naturally in Bodmin & Pool where our offices are located. Over the years, clients have asked us to manage properties in surrounding towns which has resulted in the growth of the company. This means that we now cover a large area across Cornwall and have developed excellent local knowledge across the county. As local residents ourselves, one of our aims is to help our local communities thrive and we are proud to support local youth organisations, sports teams and charities.

We’re also solely focused on lettings! It’s our expertise and it’s been a conscious decision not to deal with property sales. This ensures that you won’t have to be transferred to the lettings department when calling us. Lettings is often referred to as the “poor relation” to sales in the industry. However, we totally disagree! We really love our profession and have a genuine passion for lettings and property management.

It’s also easy for any company to claim that they offer excellent customer service. However, we want to back this up with evidence. Please take a look at our client reviews which speak for themself. We’re also delighted to have won a Gold Award for Lettings in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2023. This means that we’ve been placed in the top 5% of letting agents in the country in a data-led assessment of over 15,000 agents.
